January 2022 Practice Intensive

You are invited to join Peg Syverson and Flint Sparks for the Appamada January 2022, which will be held online starting at 4:0pm on Thursday, January 13, and ending at 5:00pm on Sunday, January 16 at 12PM (all times central US).

The theme for this practice intensive is: Silent Illumination

During the intensive, in addition to our zazen practice, there will be talks, shared small-group discussion, opportunities for movement, and writing. Also, there will be opportunities to meet with a teacher each day to help clarify your practice.

As with all intensives, we ask you to participate wholeheartedly—by being present, coming from your heart, and showing curiosity and care—and that you follow the schedule completely. For each session and after each break, please find your seat at least 5 minutes before the session starts.

In keeping with Appamada's generosity model, there will be no registration fee for the intensive, but dana to support Appamada and teachers is accepted.
